- Breathe out through your nose. That’s where most “flavour” lives.
- Notice the finish. Dry? Sweet? Bitter? Lingering?
- Taste side by side. Comparing two beers teaches more than tasting one.
- Write it down. Rate every beer on Top 100 to build your palate history.
